I almost forgot how much I love writing until I couldn’t do it for a while. Over a week without writing made me a little crazy, but I was sick with a flu (I assume) and my fevered brain just refused to focus long enough to get out more than a couple sentences. It drove me bananas, especially when I was home sick from work and seemingly had all this time on my hands, but I couldn’t do much more than sit and stew in personal misery LOL. It took me nearly a week to complete a single chapter. I’m not used to having a lot of idle time and so when I was faced with days of it I didn’t know what to do with myself when I couldn’t focus to read or write and I was already sleeping 12+ hours. I watched a lot of TV, but found that I get bored so easily with it now. Oh well, there’s only so much you can do when you’re sick. Sometimes you’re well enough to write, sometimes you’re not and I’m just excited that I’m finally on the mend and can get more writing done 😀 I’m getting down to crunch time on the novel and in a couple weeks I hope to be sending it off to the editors, but that’ll be a lot of dedication between now and then. My brain is finally at capacity again so I’ll be writing up a storm and in 2ish months the next installment of Olympian Confessions will be out!

I’m off to write now, you all have a good night!

Thanks for stopping by!
