I don’t normally do New Year’s resolutions, but now that I’ve finally gotten a start on my dream I figured I might as well start doing some serious goal setting. My goal for the upcoming year is to have my next manuscript completed. There’s going to be a lot of work involved in the promotion of Olympian Confessions: Hades and Persephone, but I want to commit to keeping my writing dream going. The only way to really do that is to keep writing. As important as it is to make Hades and Persephone a success, I want to be sure I don’t forget my other projects. Those stories are just as important. It took nearly 4 years to complete my first novel, but I didn’t work on it with any regularity. I hope that if I commit to working on it daily (when possible) it will be complete within a year. I’ve worked on the next book already, but I hope that by telling you all that I will be even more committed to seeing it to completion.

I haven’t actually decided what will be my official next book as I’m toying between three manuscripts and ideas. I’m still not going to give away the specific topics, but one of them will be part of the Olympian Confessions universe, one will be a reinterpretation of another Greek myth and the other is based on the Golden Age of Piracy.

I hope you all have had an excellent start to 2016, stick to your goals, we’ll get there together.

Thanks for stopping by!
